Donation FAQs

Yes, all the donations made to us are eligible to claim tax benefits under section 80 (G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 by the Govt. of India.
Your fund will be part of the Shilpayan’s Donation Pool. It will be utilised for supporting noble causes concerning education for the girl child, medication for the underprivileged and needy, donating hospital equipment for government hospitals, etc. You can also specify the cause you want to support and be rest assured of the proper utilisation of your valuable donation made towards the upliftment of society.
You can donate through both online and offline modes. It can be done with cash, check, NEFT, QR code scan, or Paytm, whichever method is most convenient for you.
No, there is no such minimum amount for donations. You can make a monetary contribution at your convenience and interest, without any limit.
We take every precautionary measure to make the details of donors safe and secure. We use Razor Pay, a trusted payment gateway for all online transactions.

Yes, you can donate offline by visiting the office of Shilpayan.
We greatly appreciate the generosity of your donation and honestly believe in voluntary contributions. Any wrongly donated amount needs to be reported within 48 hours and must be approved by Shilpayan management.
You are free to contact us either through telephone calls or emails. Moreover, if you want to visit us, you are welcome at our office premises during our office hours.

Donation policy

Legal Compliance: Under the Jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan & as mentioned under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961,

  • Your PAN details are not required for donation.
  • All cash or cheque donations are accepted at the office premises of the Shilpayan during office working hours. To claim exemption, ensure that cash donations are authorised at the office premises.
  • Online donations are accepted by NEFT, QR Code Scan, or Paytm 24X7.
  • Anonymous donations are also accepted. However, they are not subjected to claim receipt and tax exemption.
  • All Indian residents are eligible to claim tax benefits for all contributions made to us under section 80(G) of the Income-tax Act of 1961.
  • There is no minimum amount that is required to be donated.
  • Anyone can donate to Shilpayan, whether they are individuals or corporates.
